Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed and shipped within 5 days of being received and take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship. 

We ask that customers allow for 1-2 days of processing time to ship your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or store credit.

You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. All returns must be pre-authorized by email before shipping. You will be responsible for the charges associated with returning the package, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within several business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
